Martin’s story

It is in July 2008 that I began working for Med Express as a deliverer. I immediately loved my new job: being on the road, seeing people, walking a lot. I remember thinking, “this is a job for me!”

In 2014, the company decided to trust me and accepted my application for the position of dispatcher for the Trois-Rivières branch. I now have more responsibilities and have never regretted my decision! As I never know what’s in store for me, I must be able to react to last-minute changes. Every day I have a new challenge that I am happy to take up because my main objective is to satisfy our customers.

Danilou’s story

I found myself behind the steering wheel working as a courier for Med Express in May 2011. I enjoyed the challenges this position brought on, but I wanted to advance in my career.

In December, I was hired as an operations clerk, a position that enabled me to improve my knowledge in transportation administration. From the very beginning, I had the desire to surpass myself in this new life project.

Over the three following years, I worked assiduously, always with one goal in mind: to climb the career ladder. Finally in January 2016, a new position came up. Five years after joining Med Express, I am now manager of the delivery department where I work every day with a team that I highly esteem.

Damien’s story

I began with Med Express as a courier in 2007. I loved the human contact and the possibility of building lasting relationships with customers.

Afterwards, I was offered a warehouse clerk position that I gladly accepted. This allowed me to get to know my city better. One advancement opportunity led to another; I worked in the customer service department, which means I had a key role satisfying our customers.

Since 2010, I have been a dispatcher for Med Express. I love the challenge to meet deadlines in order to satisfy our customers. Offering the best service within the required timeframe is my job!
